IMPARTIALITY COMMITMENT

Impartiality Commitment:

FQC declares and guarantees that:

1. FQC will carry out its certification activities independently of all parties involved in the matter,

2. FQC officials and personnel will work free from any commercial, financial or other pressures that may affect the results of the certification process.

3. All employees will avoid any behavior that will damage the reputation and prestige of organizations seeking certification and organizations that have commercial relations with FQC,

4. Within the scope of documentation and auditing activities, non-objective comments and evaluations will not be made, any behavior that may negatively affect organizations will be avoided, bias and intolerance will not be shown, and impartial and independent behavior will be achieved.

5. The Advisory Board, Impartiality, Certification and Complaint Evaluation Committees involved in the certification application will operate independently of any commercial, financial and other pressures that may affect the decisions,

6. No organization will be certified for the purpose of providing certification services,

7. FQC employees and persons acting on their behalf will not provide consultancy services to certified organizations,

8. FQC employees will not engage in any activities that would conflict with the independence of system certification activities.

9. During the system certification process, the organizations to be certified will not be in contact with competitor organizations regarding their management systems.

10. All relevant parties will have access to the system certification services provided, in which case no unnecessary financial burden or other conditions will be imposed and all rules and documents that must be complied with will be implemented without discrimination,

11. To protect the confidentiality of information obtained during certification activities at all levels of its organization, including committees and persons acting on its behalf, the current accreditation law, regulations and circulars will be complied with,

12. Information about a specific product or certified organization will not be disclosed to a third party without the written consent of the relevant organization,

13. In case such information is disclosed to third parties as required by law, regulation and notification, the certified organization will be informed about the information provided in the manner permitted by the relevant law, regulation and notification.

14. The confidentiality and security of all information, documents and papers belonging to the organizations will be ensured,

15. No geographical restrictions will be applied in the provision of system certification services,

16. He/she will pay all legal compensation in case of proven damages that may arise from him/her,

17. The financial resources required for the operation of the certification system will be continuously protected and maintained by supporting them with the personal assets of the company partners.

18. Organizations in which the owners of FQC are partners or involved in any way will not be certified,

19. Benefiting from the services will not depend on the size of the applicant organization or its membership in any association (organization) or group and the number of organizations that have been certified,

20. It declares and undertakes that no privileges will be granted to the associations, societies and non-governmental organizations of which the owners are members.
